To ensure that the Thai Street Food Market in Thai Park is always clean and tidy and that all vendors behave in solidarity with each other, it is important that the following rules are observed.

The sale should be characterized by honesty and fairness. At the same time, the good quality of the products should always be guaranteed.

The rent for the stand space and the ancillary costs set by the association must be paid punctually.

Waste must be disposed of in bins or in the facilities provided by the market operator. Specially designated containers will be provided for used frying oil. If the waste is not disposed of in accordance with this rule, the contract will be immediately terminated unilaterally by the association.

Vendors should wear appropriate clothing and the association will provide T-shirts, name badges, visor caps, and masks.

Without a rental agreement, it is not permitted to offer goods for sale.

Cutlery, crockery, and all containers in which the food is served to the clients are provided by the association, always in accordance with the guidelines established by the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf District Office.

Vendors are allowed to prepare and sell food in the park between 09:00 and 21:00.

Disputes should be avoided. Anyone who causes trouble will have the contract terminated unilaterally without delay.

Only one stand is permitted per vendor. Subcontracting of the stand space is not permitted.

The menu including prices should always be visible to the customers. The stall should always look neat and clean.

No alcohol may be sold.

If the rules are disregarded and no effort is made to comply with the rules even after a warning, the association may terminate a contract at any time.
